Terms and Conditions:

Duration: July 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

New Client Definition:

For the purpose of this offer, a “New Client” is defined as any entity or individual to whom Elaborate Landscape Management, Inc. has not provided any services in the past. Services encompass all aspects of the work we provide, including but not limited to landscaping, maintenance, and related services.

Discount Eligibility:

To be eligible for the discount, entities or individuals must meet the “New Client” criteria as defined above. This offer is exclusively for new Commercial or HOA clients. Additionally, the client’s monthly maintenance service price must be $1,000 or greater to qualify for the discount.

Discount Calculation*:

The discount amount is determined based on the size of the property and the monthly maintenance cost. Our team will assess these factors to provide a personalized and competitive discount offer.

Discount Application:

The discount applies solely to the first 3 months of service. After this period, standard service rates will apply.

Service Contract:

To avail of this exclusive offer, clients must commit to a 1-year service contract with Elaborate Landscape Management, Inc. This contract ensures a consistent and high level of service throughout the year.

Cancellation Terms:

In the event of contract cancellation before the completion of the 1-year period, clients are obligated to pay the discounted amount for the remaining months in full to Elaborate Landscape Management, Inc.

Subcontracting and Service Area:

The discount is void if the property is outside our designated service area and/or if a subcontractor is required to manage the property on behalf of Elaborate Landscape Management, Inc.

Redemption:

To redeem the discount, clients must mention the offer during the initial consultation with Elaborate Landscape Management, Inc. This allows us to apply the personalized discount to the service agreement.

Limitations:

This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers provided by Elaborate Landscape Management, Inc. It is a standalone promotion designed to provide significant initial savings to new clients.

Modification Rights:

Elaborate Landscape Management, Inc. reserves the right to modify or withdraw this discount offer at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will not affect clients who have already entered into an agreement based on this offer.
