Tyler brings 10+ years of experience and a multitude of qualifications. He is an Arizona native, born and raised. He began working in the landscape industry with his late father, Jeff Burt, shortly after graduating from Higley High in Gilbert, AZ. Tyler garnered a strong passion for all things landscape, became highly proficient in irrigation, and has been sculpting his love of horticulture and arboriculture ever since!

Ashley brings experience in property management accounting. She is an Arizona native, born and raised. She graduated from ASU in December of 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship & Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Ashley & Tyler married in 2018 and she has endured countless hours of listening to Tyler's passion for landscape. Ashley trusts in Tyler's leadership and is excited for where he will take ELM!

In late 2021, Jeff Burt, Business Partner, Mentor, & Father of our CEO/President, Tyler Burt, passed away unexpectedly.

Jeff’s passion for the landscape industry was infectious, and he passed this enthusiasm on to Tyler. He pushed Tyler to be a resource for our clients, particularly in irrigation management. His belief in the power of Smart Irrigation was unwavering, and he saw its potential to benefit properties of all sizes.
